A standard single-site package includes, 8-10 set up messages, 8 additional messages per year and unlimited IVR (Auto-attendant) and After-Hours recordings.

Do you offer multi-site discounts?

Yes. The price you pay will depend on the number of updates you intend to use at each site.

Do you offer discounts for not-for-profits?

Yes. Not-for-profits pay 10% less

Are there any hidden expenses?

Never.

Your price includes 8-10 messages on setup, an agreed number of updates, and unlimited Auto-attendant (IVR) and After-Hours messages.

We don’t charge you to trouble shoot. For example, if your IT provider unplugs your Messages on Hold and forgets to plug it back in, there’s no call out fee, ever.

What about updates?

You can contact us any time to use your free updates.

But if you’re busy (who isn’t?), just wait ‘til we call you.

We give you a courtesy call approximately every 3 months to suggest changes.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. We believe that loyalty is something you should earn.

Having no contract means you can be confident that we will always provide awesome service. Our clients are with us long term, so it must be working 😊

How much is it?

A standard single-site package is $100/ month inc. GST

Whose voice do you use?

We have a team of professional male and female voice artists.

Who writes the scripts?

We do.

First, we ask you some questions, like…

What is your point of difference?
What would you most like to promote?
Why do your customers buy from you?

Second, we choose key topics to talk about and gather some ‘dot points’

Third, we go away and professionally script your messages.

Then we send them back to you for approval. You can make any changes you like.

Once you’re happy, we record them for you, mixing them with suitable background music.

Who is behind Messages on Hold Townsville?

Husband and wife team Steven and Fiona Pilchowski started Adspeak Marketing in 2000.

They provide Messages on Hold, Web Design and Graphic Design services. More recently, they added the additional business name ‘Messages on Hold Townsville’ to increase online visibility, with a dedicated website.
